1. Agreement
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and DoFun Studio (the "Publisher").
2. Use of the App
- You must be legally allowed to use the service in your region.
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- No misuse: no abuse, hacking, scraping, spamming, or infringing content.
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
3. Accounts and Deletion
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may request account deletion at any time via the App settings or by contacting us. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling and deletion process.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments
Paid features, if any, will show prices and billing terms in-app before purchase. All subscriptions, payments, and refunds are processed by and governed by the terms and conditions of the respective App Store (e.g., Apple App Store). To manage your subscription or request a refund, you must use the App Store's account management tools.
5. Content
- Your Content (Habit Data): Habits, notes, and inputs remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display this content solely to operate and improve the service for you.
- Our Content (IP): Trademarks, logos, code, and assets remain the property of DoFun Studio. Do not copy or redistribute without express written permission.
6. Analytics and Notifications
We may send push notifications (you can disable them in system settings). We collect anonymized usage and diagnostics to improve stability and features; see the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics, cloud, payment processors). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their parts of the service.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Use at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $0 for free use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DoFun Studio harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes either in-app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law. If mandatory local law does not apply, the laws of the jurisdiction where DoFun Studio is registered will apply, excluding its conflicts of law principles.
